the quiet moments with just Russ and the boys this Christmas were so sweet and i'll never forget them.
there weren't that many unfortunately because we were hopping all around town celebrating!
i kept thinking to myself that i would love to just hole up in a cabin somewhere just us & when i said it aloud, Russ fervently agreed. maybe next year!

we finally opened our own presents at about 3 p.m.
nobody seemed to mind & Cal loved every second.
in fact he played with these little velcro balls for the entirety.
