so, I don't watch 30 Rock, and from what I can see of that necklace, it looks like it's from the jewelry company Nashelle. I couldn't find them on the actual site, which has lots of eye candy, but I did find them here. they've got a tiny colored bead on the chain too. so I hope these are the ones!!! :)
