i woke up this morning so grateful for her
my pillow was damp with tears.
my mother is a warrior.
she is the voice in my head.
she sees the potential in me and
pushes me to be better.
she is graceful, resilient and beautiful.
sometimes words fail me
this is one of those times.
nothing i say could possibly encompass my love for her.
happy birthday mom.
