I am LOVING this hair tutorial today! It's so pretty and according to Salon K, super easy. Here's how they did it:

This new bride Kortni wanted a thick crown braid in her hair for her wedding but she doesn't have a lot of thickness. (Take a number, Kortni!)

They purchased hair extensions from Racoon International, but really any brand is fine if it matches your hair color. They simply banded the top of the hair, braided it, then banded the bottom.

 They gave her a good blow-out with their Bumble and Bumble thickening mousse in her roots and Surf-spray in her ends (I'm Surf-Spray's unofficial fan girl.)

Then pulling a section of hair on the top of your head up you can bobby bin it in place and then lay the hair back down over to hide the sides:

Kortni wanted an up-do for her wedding so they took the sideburn (worst word ever) pieces and covered the braid ends that way.

So pretty!
