russ and i finally went this weekend and it did not disappoint.
a. spare rib, pollenta and horseradish. A+
b. margherita pizza A+
c. s'mores. {homemade graham crackers, fire-roasted mallow, and ganache. } A+
overall A+. the soelberg's are taking over utah county. as well they should be.
