a smörgåsbord

you remember Pip + Pop don't you?
they drove down from Idaho for a "late dinner" [5:00 p.m.] and requested we join them at their favorite fine dining haunt-- Chuck-a-Rama.

i love spending time with them because:

A. they are the two most good, righteous, humble, loving and generous people on this Earth.

B. Pip is hilarious. [Pip refused my compliment on her hair because she said she "looks like a dutch boy!" or when she put ketchup on her tapioca pudding thinking it was raspberry sauce.]

C. they have the best stories about their Grandson Russ.

i love hearing them fawn over him and tell me what a good baby he was,
and what talent he has, and what a good man he is. my heart skips a beat.

sometimes they let the really good stories slip...

when russ lived in wisconsin he shared a room with his brother mitch in a two story house.
[russ was 4 and mitch was 5.]
apparently there was only one bathroom, which was on the main floor,
while their room was on the 2nd floor.

these boys couldn't be bothered with things like using the bathroom during their
3-day long Nintendo benders so they set-up a plumbing system of their own:

01. pee in pumpkin pail
02. dump it out weekly out their bedroom window.
yes, i said WEEKLY.

boys are rad. i can't wait to have my own.

Hello. That is too bad that you have been having the same "symptoms" I have been having. Well, right now I take one low dose Asprin a day (81mg) because it is a blood thinner and expands your arteries which supposedly increases circulation, thus no numbing. Also I take Magnesium Oxide 400 mg and Vitamin B12 250 mg for heart health. The Asprin and B12 are obviously just out on the shelves. I am sure that the Magnesium is too, but the one my doctor wrote down on my prescription was behind the pharmacy counter. Anyone can get it. You don't need a prescription, but for some reason I had to ask the pharmacist and he just gave it to me. It has REALLY helped. You should try it. Good luck!

Oh, and one more thing. You may want to get an echocardiogram. My doctor scheduled me for one, but since my symptoms are gone he told me not to get one unless they repeat. So, since yours repeats every 6 months or so, it might be a good idea to get one...
