sundance

last week we caravanned with friends to their most gorgeous cabin right off the slopes at Sundance Ski Resort for a night away.
after a la---te night of games, junk food & the best burger i've had maybe ever
(the Foundry Grill at Sundance.)
i couldn't help but bask in the peace & quiet that you can't find anywhere but the mountains:

and as always, an instagram or two:

the awesome "peace to this home" tiles throughout the cabin (also: heated floors!)
//
Hayes & his buddy Blake enjoying a giant bowl of kid's pasta.

Or the button in the garage that turns every light off in the house instantly? Amazing!

LOVE that ottoman! Was the rug just covering it, or was it actually upholstered in that? It's such a great idea!

Umm I swear I have been in that cabin. Is there a train running through the eaves of the house? Haha if not, I have stayed overnight in one very similar. Love that place.

What a fun night! Love your pictures. Love all of you. And Matt has been talking about becoming a "buddy" one day... I told him it probably wouldn't happen.
